Shortgrass Library System

As a collaboration of 11 municipalities shortgrass provides library support to 14 public libraries in southeast alberta. These support services include: acquisition cataloguing and processing of library materials deliveries between libraries technology support including integrated library system internet.wifi voip phone system all computer networking. Support for library programs through the provision of programming kits summer reading club support including provision of a performer for kids programs at 14 libraries and programs run by shortgrass staff. Training of staff volunteers and board members at 14 libraries.
