To provide services for aboriginal people on a status-blind basis that build capacity for increased physical mental emotional and spiritual health within marginalized and under -served populations who are or are at risk of being affected by hiv/aids and / or hcv infection regarless of where they resident. Also provides low-income housing in red deer alberta.
