Sherbourne Health Centre Corporation

Sherbourne health provides primary health care and support to individuals and families living in south east toronto. Clients include newcomers to canada homeless and underhoused individuals and the 2slgbtq community. Sherbourne health also provides mobile health care services mental health counselling and group base supports. Food for good (ffg) initiative creates opporunities that increase access to food and connect people to community. Ffg integrates the many food and nutrition support programs we provide to individuals who face food insecurity need support to manage their dietery restrictions and wants to improve their quality of health and wellbeing as well as food insecurity and community building.
