To improve the capacity of other registered charities by providing education and consulting on program planning governance matters and volunteer / sponsor / donor solicitation and stewardship. To improve the efficiency of other registered charities by providing resource and expertise in operational and management issues on a pro bono basis to improve operational outcomes and administrative efficiency of those registered charities. To solicit raise collect and receive monies and other valuable property and to establish maintain and administer funds for the purpose of making charitable contributions to qualified donees (as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).
