Sexual Assault Centre Kingston Inc.

Crisis support: a 24/7 free confidential toll-free phone line for all survivors of sexual violence recent and historical. This line is run by a dedicated group of approximately 100 volunteers. Chat/text support: volunteer facilitated crisis support services via chat and/or text available (12 hours/day) from noon-midnight. Counselling: individual counselling offered in two programs: skills & support and reflect & connect. This is offered in-person by phone or online. Group counselling is also offered based on availability and registration. Indigenous counselling and outreach services offered to self-identified indigenous folks of all genders. Community education: activities including providing information to the community training and workshops. Referrals and accompaniments: we offer referrals and accompaniment services to survivors to hospital medical court or legal proceedings. Youth services: provide awareness and prevention school-based programming for highschool students and other agencies by offering workshops and training.
