Ccs provides services and programs to the marginalized and economically disadvantaged primarily within the anglophone community of the greater montreal programs include early head start little learners family matters family cooking tender loving care father at heart networking and partnership initiative (npi) enhancing regional community capacity mandate expansion (ercc) video conferences positive placements science in the park. Services include: community development services and camping services services to seniors. Registered charities may make gifts to qualified donees. Qualified donees are other registered canadian charities as well as certain other organizations described in the income tax act.
