Seniors' Community Centre

The charity was only partially active from january - may 2024. As of may 10 2024 - seniors' community centre gifted all assets and outstanding royal bank mortgage to interior community services as registered not-for-profit charity. Due to lack of volunteers and support from the community for day to day activities it became evident that we needed to make a change in order not to go severely into debt. The foundry which is a program serving folks from 12-24 years of age involved with the ministry and their families/caregivers will update the facilities for their use. They will be providing support healthcare counselling and providing life skills. The torch was passed from one generation to another and in time it will include all generations. We have completed the financials to the end of november 2024 as these reports needed to be filed prior to decemeber 31 2024. We are in the process of dissolving the charity as of december 31 2024. As our financial balance is less than $1000.00 dollars at time of dissolution - no assests or liabilities will be outstanding and any/all assests will be gifted to the registered not-for-profit charity - interior community services. Our bookkeeper has completed the financials as we did not have the funds to have an accountantto provide final financials. Do you wish to receive a nil balance accouting sheet for year end ?
