1. We hold weekly and bi weekly meditation seminars and spiritual discourses at various Canadian locations 2. We serve free vegetarian meals to all who attend our Sunday meeting at most of the centers 3. We promote spiritual and physical wellness and an ethical way of living through our regular meetings and special events 4. We run children's program in conjunction with our meetings and events 5. We offer free meditation and vegetarian cooking classes
