Classes were conducted by Sayar Myat using a combination of YouTube ZOOM and email. The teacher answered questions and corrected student practice by email and provided advice through one-on-one interviews. The Society's activities for the 2023-2024 year were as follows: Beginner----- 50 weekly classes----65 students Intermediate ----- 221 classes over 12 months Advanced ----- 108 dhamma talks were provided Sayalay Nana Malini a Theravada Buddhist nun conducted classes and retreats: 12 in-person weekly classes in Chinese and English---- 1-4 yogis attended Two 1-day retreats ----- 5 and 3 yogis attended One 7-day retreat----- One yogi attended One 10-day retreat-----3 yogis attended Dr. Sean Pritchard conducted: One 1-day retreat------ 3 yogis attended
