Saskatoon Music Festival Committee

The saskatoon music festival committee is a non-profit organization. Every year we organize (4) festivals of music competitions; one (1) for school and community bands lasting (5) days; one (1) for school groups lasting three (3) days; one (1) for musical theatre lasting four (4) days; one (1) general festival lasting seven (7) days for soloists and small groups who compete in classes as set out by the provincial association and our committee. The competitors are judged by adjudicators (hired through the saskatchewan music festival association but paid by the saskatoon music festival committee) who give each entrant a mark and a written evaluation. Some of the classes have scholarships donated to the festival that are awarded to the class winners.
