The saskatoon community mediation services (scms) uses a respectful caring and restorative approach to assist: 1. Offenders and victims resolve issues which are before the criminal courts; 2. Neighbors who are in dispute; 3. School. Staff parents and students who are in conflict; 4. Sgi its clients who cannot by themselves resolve personal injury situations; and 5. Other people who need support to resolve a variety of conflicts.
