Sba sponsored band festivals and issued grant funding. Sba runs multiple youth band throughout the province and provides advocacy materials and organizational assistance to the festival & community bands. Sba also runs youth honour bands adult musician events and provides development workshops for band directors and musicians. The sba launched a new adult musician invitational event to coincide with youth honour bands. The event had participants from around the province. The association also increased its band promotion efforts with new social media platforms and provided additional organizational development support to bank parent association and community bands.
