To receive and maintain a fund or funds and apply from time to time all or part thereof and income derived therefrom to qualified donees in accordance with the income tax act ( canada ) . To address and prevent self-destructive behaviours in at-risk youth including problems of violence substance absuse and incarceration by providing free and supervised educational and recreational programmes to support their physical mental and emotional well-being.
