The establishment and maintenance of a community organization for the purposes of providing goods to marginalized persons in the greater toronto area including but not limited to seasonal and holiday gifts and school supplies; and receiving and maintaining a fund or funds and applying all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to charitable organizations that are also registered charities under the income tax act canada.
