Sanatan Mandir Cultural Society of Fort Mcmurray

Sanatan Mandir Cultural Society of Fort McMurray organizes several cultural and educational programs at regular intervals. Some of the activities include volunteering in Soup kitchen Environmental program Shishir Parva(Winter Festival) Yoga Classes Canada day program Waste recycling Food Bank drive Food bank volunteering Spring and Fall clean-up Balanced Diet and Nutrition awareness among the youth and children. SMCS also aims at propagating the thoughts of 'SANATAN DHARM' by providing language and cultural education to children and youths bringing multi-cultural groups together for fostering Canadian Unity. Organize a Rath Yatra called a Chariot Festival in Summer month towards unity and prosperity of multi-cultural groups. Sanatan Mandir organizes Bhajan-Kirtan and Navratri Garba play for unite community and mental & physical health strength. Sanatan Mandir inititated and hosted many activities including worship services celebrations in newly built facility.
