Saint John Syriac Orthodox Church

(1) Conducted wedding ceremonies (2) Training and preparing youth to bring them to a level where they become alter servants community helpers and good citizens through helping and visiting seniors in the community (3) Arranged for lectures by very highly educated people from the community (4) Classes to teach 'Syriac' language that is needed to conduct religious services (5) Children of the church enjoyed parties on the church site and received gifts on Easter and Christmas (6) Kept all the normal services of the community in the City of Burlington when not under Covid-19 pandemic lockdown restrictions (7) Community outreach activities to support those less fortunate in the church community
