S.u.c.c.e.s.s. Housing Society

The s.u.c.c.e.s.s. Housing society (the 'housing society') was incorporated under the societies act of british columbia as a not-for-profit organization on may 3 2011. The housing society provides and operates a non-profit residential accommodation and incidential services and facilities exclusively for adult persons and families primarily of low income senior citizens primarily of low or modest income and disabled adult persons primarily of low or modest income. Solheim place has a total of 86 residential units for low income families seniors and independent living persons with disabilities.
