Foundation is registered under the income tax act as a public foundation is exempt from income taxes and is able to issue donation receipts for income tax purposes. The responsibility of the foundation is to raise funds for s.u.c.c.e.s.s. And its affiliated organizations in support of their mandates for the betterment of the community. The foundation enhances the effectiveness and efficiency of s.u.c.c.e.s.s. And its affiliated organizations in meeting their charitable goals and is dedicated to the advancement of community enrichment services and other purposes of a charitable nature.
