Supporting science technology communities and the arts in canada since 1982 the s.m. Blair family foundation provides funding for charitable and educational purposes in canada as well as encouraging the training and development of canadians in research. Grants are allocated over a wide range of projects with an emphasis on making a significants contribution towards the success of smaller sscale and early stage programs and initiatives. All grants are paid to 'qualified donees' as defined under the income tax act
