Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre Inc.

Rmtc produces 6 plays at a 789 seat venue with 176 performances annually and 4 plays at a 286 seat venue with 80 performances annually. Conducts perspective programs for both rural and city students and with discounted tickets to students. Produces the winnipeg fringe theatre festival in the summer and a provincial tour. Performed script reading sessions and workshops with local actors and artists and provide dramaturgical support to playwrights. Additionally provides educational programs and backstage tours. Contributes to new canadian play development and annually awards scholarships and apprenticeships.
