The mission of the orgaization is to provide financial assistance to charitable undertakings as determined by the board of the organization from time to time. Any profits or other accretions to the organization shall be used in raising receiving maintaining and managing funds and to applying the funds and/or the income therefrom for charitable purposes through donations to 'qualified donees' as defined in the income tax act (canada)
