Rocky Mountain House Reunion Historical Society

The Rocky Mountain House Reunion Historical Society runs the Rocky Museum. Our main objective is preserving the local history of the area of pioneer and indigenous residents. We runs day camps for children in the summer run drop-in and programs for seniors. We have space available for local craft groups. We run school programs for the local elementary schools. We have volunteer opportunities in all areas. We have a one room school house a forestry cabin many pioneer farming artifacts and a restored 1930 homesteaders cabin. We provide research information for the local and distance enquiries. We will be expanding the museum grounds we are planning to move in a cabin featuring a local hunting and guiding family in the area for over 90 years. We are also expanding our barn storage to house a donated 1947 farm truck.
