The private foundation is a testamentary trust to be held in perpertuity. The income from the trust is to be used to pay for the board lodging care and happiness of the aged and infirm men and women being protestants hebrews or adherents of the orthodox eastern greek church in private houses or in homes for the aged in ontario. The foundation makes quarterly cash payments to a number of beneficiaries who qualify under the terms of the trust.
