Rising Out of the Ashes (ROOTA)

1) to advance education by: offering adult literacy programs and preparatory courses to persons who are poor or in need and providing publicly available scholarships bursaries and other forms of the financial assistance to persons who are poor or in need to be used for elementary secondary post- secondary or trade schools; and 2) to relieve poverty by: providing basic necessities of life including food clean water clothing and/or shelter to individuals or families who are poor or in need; and establishing and supporting a daycare for needy children.
