1) provide settlement and labour market services to over 5000 newcomers to canada 2) provide cross-cultural workshops free interpretation services to newcomers 3) provide community development services with richmond and assist cultural groups 4) welcoming communities program for building welcoming and inclusive community support integration and inclusion of new immigrants increase community awareness and respond to incidents of racism and hate.
