The purpose of the foundation is to benefit the following charitable entities which are qualified donees under the income tax act canada and which operate or have presence in various regions of canada. The trustees shall keep invested the trust fund and remit in perpetuity all of the net annual income generated thereform in the following manner and proportions: 1) 25% to the montreal heart foundation-aka montreal heart institute foundation 2) 25% to the child psychiarty jewish general 3) 25% to the canadian cancer society 4) 25% to the arthritis society
