1) Community Drum Circles: Monthly interactive public events designed for all ages and abilities to explore the joy of rhythm through group drumming. Participants are introduced to percussion instruments primarily the djembe (African hand drum) and engage in accessible rhythm-based activities led by experienced facilitators. These gatherings foster connection creativity and community through the universal language of music. 2) Wellness Workshops: Recurring workshops that provide healing spaces for adults by blending rhythm-based activities with contemplative practices such as meditation and breathwork. These sessions support emotional release mindfulness and well-being using drumming as a tool to reduce stress cultivate inner balance and encourage personal transformation in a safe and supportive environment.
