a) To address specific problems faced by young offenders their families and caregivers by providing free in-court guidance and advice services; b) To address specific problems faced by young offenders their families and caregivers by providing a follow-up support program consisting of counselling sessions workshops or discussion groups to address life skills topics substance abuse family dynamics and functions mental health issues and anger management and by assisting the young offenders in writing resumes and preparing for interviews.
