To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to The University of St. Michael’s College and/or Regis College and their respective successors provided that they are also registered charities under the Income Tax Act (Canada) for use in the graduate theological enterprise carried out by these charities as a federation under the name 'Regis St. Michael’s'
