Regis College

He charitable purpose of regis college is to advance theological education at the baccalaureate and advanced degree level as a member of the toronto school of theology at the university of toronto. The first objective is the advancement of theological learning and the dissemination of theological knowledge. The college offers diploma programs in philosophy spiritual direction theological studies and ignatian spirituality four masters programs in theology ministry and spirituality advanced research programs and three world-recognized ecclesiastical degrees. The second objective is the intellectual socal moral and physical development of members of the student body and faculty and the betterment of society. Regis college is committed to a spirituality of the whole person and to integrating spirituality with theology and action in the world. The college's curriculum is rooted in roman catholic tradition and ignatian spirituality. This is reflected in its mission statement of personal growth faith development academic excellence social justice and the community involvement of students faculty and staff. Third-party funding from the irish jesuits has enabled regis college to expand the support that it provides to international students for housing healthcare travel and specialized training.
