To provide vocational training to those living with disabilities. To continue coaching and work place skill development in addition to transitions to the work place and provide off site support. Provide member drive programming to ensure excitement and motivation to achieve personal success. To participate in member meetings opportunities to learn life skills; attending community events and attending local swimming programs. The roc operates a second hand clothing and goods store. Members sort tag and hang clothing creating displays train on cash and provide customer service. This also gives members the opportunity to further their employment skills should they decide to transition to employment within the community. Other services the members participate in the development skills are woodworking and baking. The organization also provides residential living support in a full-time care facility where residents are supported 24/7 and through independent living support where individuals live in their own apartments and receive assistance up to 21 hours per week.
