The society provides wholly or partial subsidized veterinary care as well as food and shelter for all bc residents including other animal rescue organizations marginalized and low income communities and adandoned surrendered and homeless animals throughout bc. 1) we operate canada's largest cat sanctuary in richmond for feral stray and abandoned animals. 2) we operate a foster care program for abanadoned surrendered and stray dogs. 3) we provide free spay/neuter clinics for homeless and low income peoples and for other animal rescue organizations and for animals in our care to restrict the growth of animal populations. 4) provide extensive assistance to owners without the financial means to spay/neuter pets or extensive and costly veterinarian healthcare requirements. 5) operate a veterinary clinic to care for animals in raps care pets of low income owners marginalized communities women shelters homeless shelters other animal rescue organizations and the general public.
