Reconnect Health Services

Reconnect Community Health Service provides services for seniors caregivers and people living with mental health and addictions concerns. Our seniors services help individuals to age at home with dignity and continuing independence by offering home help social and exercise programs meals on wheels and supervised programming for individuals with dementia. Reconnect's FAME family and caregiver support services offer a range of supports to individuals who are acting as a caregiver for someone living with mental illness. Our caregiver services include peer support groups one-one-one counselling and specialized programming for children and youth.
