1. Working in cooperation with canadian conference of catholic bishops and our parishes to further our faith in southern alberta national and internationally. Providing a place for worship prayer and reflection. 3. Modelling christ's teachings and inviting others to follow jesus by giving religious instruction classes to prospective catholics. 4. Teaching core values principles and beliefs of the roman catholic church through adult and youth religious education programs. Preparing for and celebrating the sacraments of the roman catholic religion. 6. Relieving poverty through community outreach and donations to other registered charities locally nationally and internationally. 7. Teaching social consciousness and awareness by encouraging volunteerism and teaching parishioners how to meet societal needs through volunteer and charitable activities. 8. Comforting the bereaved visiting the sick the elderly and the incarcerated through pastoral care teams. 9. Promoting vocations to the priesthood and religious life.
