To provide primary healthcare services access to expertise of allied multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals and an education facility to deliver preventative and health education with the goal of improving the quality of healthcare provided to patients. The organization also offers a walk-in clinic for episodic and non-urgent care with the goal of reducing unnecessary emergency department visits.
