Rahma Foundation

(a) to alleviate poverty among impoverished individuals and families including refugees new Canadians and vulnerable women and children impacted by family violence by: (i) providing the basic necessaries of life including but not limited to food personal hygiene supplies and clothing; and (ii) developing constructing holding maintaining and operating housing facilities to provide rental accommodation at below market rates; (b) to provide counselling and other support services to refugees new Canadians and vulnerable women impacted by family violence in need including financial literacy training employment training and job search activities; (c) to advance education by organizing and delivering training courses seminars and workshops to organizations that provide support services to individuals and families who are poor of low income or in need that encourage and teach empathy and compassion when delivering services;
