To promote the education training development and welfare of all people with developmental disabilities to develop a better undesrstanding by the general public of the needs and abilities of persons with developmental disabilities to provide housing and/or residential support and maintain own or manage housing projects for people with developmental disabilities to promote the rights and interests of all persons with disabilities and particularly persons with developmental disabilities to cooperate with public and private agencies government departments and other groups and organizations interested in the programs carried out by the association
