The Pregnancy Outreach Program provides strategies to improve health and nutrition and promotes early access to prenatal care for expecting parents. The Infant Development Program supports children from birth to age 3 with disabilities or developmental delays. The Supported Child Development Program provides children up to age 18 with extra support that they may require to participate in community child-care settings and other programs. The Early Intervention Therapy programs consist of occupational therapy and physiotherapy for children from birth to school entry and to school-aged children as needed. In addition speech-language pathology is available for children from birth to school entry. The Family Navigator assists families to navigate the various systems for their children or themselves and provides support and guidance with any needs that they may have and helps to connect families to appropriate services or crisis intervention. The Youth in Action after school program provides a safe and fun environment for youth ages 11 to 18 with special needs. The Indigenous Supported Childcare Infant Development and Early Years programs provide culturally appropriate early childhood development services that support children and their families. Services include prevention early intervention education and community outreach incorporating traditional knowledge and culture of local Indigenous Metis and Inuit community members.
