The temple holds regular religious services including weekly chanting meditation sessions and dharma talks. These services are open to the public and are intended to foster spiritual growth and understanding of buddhist teachings. Special services are also held on significant buddhist holidays such as vesak kathina and lunar new year.. Monastics and lay volunteers provide pastoral care and spiritual counseling to individuals and families including hospital and hospice visits for the sick and elderly. The temple supports those dealing with grief stress or life transitions through buddhist teachings and compassionate guidance. The society participates in interfaith events community festivals and multicultural celebrations to promote mutual respect understanding and harmony among different religious and ethnic communities. The temple operates as a spiritual and community center maintained by a dedicated group of volunteers. Activities include cleaning landscapting cooking and organizing events. Volunteerism is considered both a spiritual practice and a way to build community bonds. Periodic weekend or multi-day meditation retreats are offered to deepen spiritual practice. These retreats may include silent meditation.
