1-individual services including providing information often legal and referrals to marginalized people within a goal of improving their access to government and community programs and services related to poverty and housing. 2-individual services as above provided at home for those with reduced mobility including frail elderly seniors and people with physical challenges. 3-local intercultural community outreach. 4-commmunity development for improving the quality of life of local marginalized people.
