To foster and promote jewish education and jewish day schools strengthen and enhance jewish day schools and the jewish day school field conduct research and educational activities relating to jewish day schools and jewish education and disseminate such information and materials broadly and develop and make available to or on behalf of jewish day schools the skills tools and resources needed to cultivate their strength excellence and vitality. 2. To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to charitable organizations that are also registered charities under the income tax act (canada).
