Fund raising: an annual decoration service held in june 15 is the main source of donated income. Other income results from plot sales donations 'in memoriam' and from the care and maintenance trust fund investment interest. Meetings: an annual meeting is held in may of each year during which officers are elected and the financial statement is presented. Board meetings are once or twice a year as required. Record keeping: record of all burials are updated and burial permits are filed report to the minstry is completed and a record of plot sales is documented. Care and maintenance: a caretaker is hired each year to cut grass complete trimming and complete other maintenance as required. Other large site projects may be carried out at work bee by volunteers normally held in the spring no new programs are planned
