Prairie Gleaners Society

The society was organized to provide food materials and supplies to support those in need around the world working with established canadian aid programs. The main activity at present is the processing of a dried food product for this purpose. Donations of agricultural products (vegetables and pulse crops) are received and processed at a facility in cypress county near the city of medicine hat. The operation is mearly entirely volunteer run.
