Pooler Charitable Fund

As per the will of dorothy jane pooler: my trustee shall set aside and hold and keep invested the residue of my estate and ' any additions and/or accretions tereto as a separate fund to be known as the 'pooler charitable fund' hereinafter referred to as ' the fund' and shall apply by payment or transfer of all the net income of the fund and all or part of the capital of the 'fund in each year to such charitable purposes in canada and subject as hereinafter set out particularly for research into the cause treatment and/or cure of alzheimer's disease macular degeneration autism and bipolar disorder.
