Planeterra Canada Charitable Foundation

The purpose of the organization is to receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada). The organization did not begin activities (fundraising or qualifying disbursements) during fiscal year 2024 therefore was not yet active. The focus this year was recruiting new board members in order to being operations in 2025.
