To adopt a plan (and by amending said plan from time to time) to provide such health care and maintenance; to invest and administer the assets held by the charity; to provide such benefits and to distribute benefits to the needy aged and infirmed priests religious brothers and associates of the order oblates of mary immaculate pursuant to the provisions of such plan. To conduct any and all activities any and all such powers as are necessary to the achievement and furtherance of the purposes of the foundation.
