Phs Community Services Society

Phs community services society provides housing healthcare and harm reduction for some of the most vulnerable and at risk individuals in vancouver and victoria. Our ongoing programs include: a low barrier credit union a community dental clinic a primary care clinic that includes mental health and addiction treatment services supervised injection site mobile needle van and outreach services. Additionally phs operates 30 housing and shelter programs with 1500 units in vancouver and victoria new programs this year includes the opening of the stanley dovetail annex in vancouver providing 109 new housing units to the community. In victoria the juniper opened in dec 2023 with 46 housing units.
