The temple conducts regular services in the mahayana buddhist tradition including: -daily and weekly worship ceremonies for all devotees; -offerings to buddha bodhisattvas ancestors and the departed; -dharma classes in sutra study liturgical chanting with ceremonial instruments; -weekend and monthly retreats for precepts practice; -pure land recitations prayers; all followed by vegetarian meals. Also -organizes weekly prayer blessings for the departed family members; -counseling to families the sick and elderly; and -regular social literacy volunteering rehabilitation and skills training programs. The temple -conducts the 49-day medicine buddha ceremonies over the rain retreat period to overcome afflictions; -organizes initiations and classes in the mantrayana tradition especially regarding cundhi boddhisattva liturgies; -undertakes the studies of the lion's roar sutras in the majjhima nikaya and the mahayana mahaparinirvana sutra concentrating on recitations of mara's last mantra offering to the buddha therein; -expands on the understanding of the surangama repentance vows and precepts. -completes the avalokiteshvara hall for triannual veneration practices and blessings; -modernizes prayer halls for comfort and access for teachings in vietnamese religious and cultural concepts.
