On june 11th 2023 at our agm it was voted to dissolve this organization by dec 31 2024. This period of time would allow for final reports to be submitted by the project committee. Minimal donations were accepted to cover expenses anticipated. These included the $200.00 annual membership to mcic (manitoba council for international coorperation) because through shared projects our organization was still in communication with them. Another expense was the fee t of $60.00 which the manitoba government (companies office) required to dissolve this corporation (people to people under the corporate identifier of 121inc..)
