Peer Support South East Ontario

Peer support south east ontario provides a supportive environment where people with serious mental health and addictions issues are able to reach their recovery goals and function in their communities. We offer peer support social and recreational activities education and employment opportunities and resources which assists participants to regain their self-worth purpose confidence and the ability to make their own choices. Psseo also initiates and delivers programs to reduce the stigma of mental illness. Our programs are offered throughout south east ontario with drop-in centres in seven municipalities and one-on-one peer support to individuals and virtual peer support started during the pandemic.
